Seriously-injured man taken to Rocky Hospital after crash
UPDATE, 9.30am: A man, aged in his 50s, has been taken in a serious condition to hospital after a single-vehicle crash on the Bruce Hwy, north of Rockhampton.
The crash occured 200m south of Plentiful Crk Bridge, about 30km north of Rockhampton, shortly after 7am.
Firefighters had to free the man from his vehicle.
He was the sole occupant
"He has been taken to Rockhampton Hospital in a serious condition," a Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said.
"No further information is available on his injuries at this stage."
BREAKING 7.15am: Emergency service crews are on their way to a single-vehicle rollover on the Bruce Hwy, north of Rockhampton.
A Queensland Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman said there was a report of one man entrapped in the vehicle.
The accident has happened 200m south of the Plentiful Crk Bridge, about 30km north of Rockhampton.
