Where is the best place to get hot chips and gravy in Mackay?

THERE is nothing quite like chips smothered in gravy.

And people of Mackay tend to agree about the "deliciousness" but the one thing we can't agree on is where the best hot chips can be bought.

Last week we asked on our Facebook page about where the best place in town was to get hot chips.

Here are some of the comments from the Facebook post:

Kathy Bates - Caltex City Cabs

Nathan Edwards - Walkerston Seafoods, they win at everything!

Daniel O'Neill - Kolijo Roadhouse

Bungy Bundesen - Hansens Seafood With Tina's gravy.... Yummo

Lorrae Harwood - Vella's Fish Bar by a mile!!

So because only a few people could agree we wanted to make it more official with a poll.

It will close on July 28 at Noon.

No more businesses can be added to this poll, but you can leave a comment below about your favourite place to get hot chips from and why.

Happy voting!
