Cattle dead in crash

BREAKING 12.50pm: A number of cattle are dead after a d-bouble rolled on the Landsborough Highway about noon.

It is believed the majority of the cattle in the bottom crate are dead.

A Queensland Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman said QFRS were called to the crash, 40 kilometres west of Longreach, about noon.

A stock inspector is at the scene.
