THE next Leaders Live Blog will feature Family First leader Bob Day.

Mr Day is an Adelaide businessman who founded various home building businesses operating in Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

He is married with three children. He is a qualified science technician and a qualified plumber.

In 1983 he founded Homestead Homes in South Australia and in 1996 Home Australia, which now also owns Collier Homes in Western Australia, Newstart Homes in Queensland, Ashford Homes in Victoria and Huxley Homes in New South Wales. These are all homebuilders in their respective States.

Mr Day will be the fourth Political Party leader to participate in the exclusive Leaders Live Blogs on APN sites from 1pm-3pm today.
