DAREDEVILS, comedy and other entertaining acts that will have you on the edge of your seat will be featured at the Great Moscow Circus, in town this week.

General manager of Great Moscow Circus Greg Hall said everything was new.

"The last time we were in Rockhampton was three years ago as part of our fourth national regional tour," he said.

"This is the brand new fifth national regional tour of Australia.

"It's all totally different acts."

Mr Hall said one of the highlights was the Russian double swing, where performers catapulted between two swings, reaching heights of about 15m in the air.

He said there was also a comedy act that would have everyone rolling on the floor laughing, but it was too hard to describe accurately in words.
