A DEVELOPER in Gracemere is bringing super fast internet to a new estate.

Residents in City View properties will have the luxury of super fast internet, with the NBN now rolling into Gracemere.

CQ Properties' Wayne Land says the Rockhampton greater region has been dragged down by the internet grind and residents are frustrated by the service.

"That's why we are really excited about what we are doing in our City Views estate," Mr Land said.

All new CQ Properties in the Gracemere precinct, specifically City Views, are wired for NBN and the first working examples will be previewed in coming weeks, he said.

"Gracemere has been called the 'city of the future' and we wanted the City Views project to really live up to that title," he said.
