Nine properties around Rockhampton busted in drug search

ROCKHAMPTON CIB detectives have swooped on nine properties across the city, seizing quantities of cannabis, methylamphetamines, cash and other property.

Detective Sergeant Nick Williams says 11 people face a string of charges.

He says about nine around the city, including a home in Frenchville's Hyde St, and south Rockhampton, were raided as a result from members of the public.

It's not believed the homes were part of a specific criminal ring.
