THE decision to drive cost this man a hefty fine.
Aaron Lee Ross Strong, 22, pleaded guilty in Rockhampton Magistrates Court today after driving on a disqualified licence.
The court heard in August this year on Emu Park Rd, Rockhampton, Strong was pulled over and asked for his licence.
He told police it was disqualified for two years in New Sound Wales the previous year for several offences.
Strong's solicitor told the court his client, a mechanic, had been tasked to do a job and made the decision to drive.
He was fined $1500 with a two year disqualification.
