Rocky boy in Brisbane car chase

BREAKING: A 16-year-old Rockhampton boy has been charged in relation to an incident in which two stolen cars were pursued across Brisbane and Ipswich yesterday afternoon.

The boy was charged with three offences including one count each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and stealing.

A 17-year-old Woorabinda man was also charged with one count of unlawful use of a motor vehicle.

He will appear in the Richlands Magistrates Court today.

The 16-year-old will be dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justices Act 1992.

Further investigations are continuing.
