MEDIAN house prices in Livingstone have remained steady at $370,000 according to the REIQ's June quarter data.

While it was placed third last against other Central Queensland centres five years ago, it now tops the comparison of Central Queensland house sales against Rockhampton, Blackwater, Emerald, Gladstone, Mackay, Isaac and Moranbah.

Those in the property business say there has never been a better time to buy.

So we The Morning Bulletin has gathered a snapshot of sales across the Capricorn Coast over the past month, with something to suit every budget.
