THE Shark is circling Great Keppel Island again, only this time its investors being lured rather than popular support.

Greg Norman is in Brisbane today to announce a global campaign looking for investors for Tower Holdings $600 million redevelopment on the island.

Norman is Ambassador for the development, which includes an 18-hole championship golf course designed by him.

Along with Great White Shark Enterprises, Tower Holdings has engaged global agents Jones Lang LaSalle to source international investors.

Investment bank, Moelis & Company, has been engaged as lead financial advisor to the Project.

The Morning Bulletin will be speaking with Tower Holdings later today.
