Slasher causes traffic problems

BREAKING 10.20am: TRAFFIC is jammed near Southside Pool on Bolsover and North Streets after a slasher hit a control button at the rail crossing.

Police said the slasher hit a controller and caused the boom gates to remain down, creating traffic issues.

QR Rail are currently attempting to fix the problem.
