FIREFIGHTERS are attending a small explosion at Sam's Warehouse on Gladstone Road in South Rockhampton this evening.

Reports from the scene suggest the explosion caused a small fire, which took place around 8.30pm.

It's believed pressurised cans were used to cause the explosion.

Witnesses saw children jumping the fence in the area.

Police are looking for those children.

The fire has been put out.
