Show lifts lid on local talent
IT'S been a long few months, but finally Mark Eady can put his feet up and relax.
The producer of The Man From Snowy River Arena Spectacular, which featured at Beef Australia 2012 over the last three nights, said the show had "lifted the lid on local talent" with more than 98% of the 250-strong cast and crew from the Rockhampton region.
Cast members performed to a sold out crowd of more than 3000 patrons each night, with last night's finale no exception.
"I was hopeful the show would be that popular," Mr Eady said yesterday.
"I was watching the faces of the crowd and everyone was clapping along and laughing."
Mr Eady thanked his team and Beef Australia for the incredible job they had done in bringing the show to life.
