ROCKHAMPTON'S Samantha Cook knows the way to a woman's heart - chocolate.
Samantha, 21, has recently started her own sweets business called Sweet Sammy's Sweets.
She hopes plenty of customers will get a taste of what she has to offer this Valentine's Day.
Samantha said she has been busy making her signature truffle love heart chocolate cakes.
"These love heart cakes have been really popular," the self-confessed sweet tooth said.
"Truffles are my specialty, so I bake truffles of the desired flavour inside and on top of the love heart cake."
Samantha said chocolate makes the perfect Valentine's Day gift.
"Chocolate is associated with romance," she said.
"Chocolate contains an ingredient which is known as the feel-good chemical because it is a stimulant related to amphetamine which is released in the brain when people fall in love."
