QUALIFIED cycling coach and owner of Cyclology Brett Ruff has defended a video posted on Youtube which shows a rider overtaking other cyclists over double white lines on the Mount Morgan Range.

Mr Ruff said the video was supplied to him, but said "there was nothing unsafe about it".

The Morning Bulletin spoke to Mr Ruff after a letter to the editor claimed the actions of the cyclist in the video were "irresponsible and reckless".
