IF you are a sceptic about alien life form visiting Earth, you might want to camp out along the Capricorn Coast for a weekend and watch the skies.
While visiting Emu Park on Saturday afternoon/night, I witnessed something that made my jaw drop.
You hear stories all the time about UFOs and theories of alien life visiting Earth to see what we have or are up to, but most are sceptical about such theories.
I had been visiting friends and was about to leave Emu Park and head back home when they pointed out some unusual light activity in the sky.
Looking out across the Great Barrier reef, there was this one light that was a bit brighter than other stars that suddenly zoomed off towards New Zealand in a southerly direction.
At first, I said "oh, that's just a satellite". One guy nearby said that it was going too fast to be anything man-made…
Then, it zigzagged … before disappearing. I kid you not.
As I thought about the 'too fast to be anything man-made' comment, to which I added "that we know about", another unusual light activity was spotted right above us.
It moved fast and then disappeared. Now, many are going to say 'comet', 'asteroid', 'NASA', fighter jets… but seriously, what moves as fast as something out of Star Trek and then zigzags?
At least there are some things that are certain - it was 'unidentified', it was 'flying' and it was an 'object'. Maybe a government is hiding something? A new space craft?
I only had my iPhone on me and figured it was pointless trying to get video or photos of the UFOs. But there were at least two others that saw them. They also spotted a third I didn't see.
