$1600 raised at morning tea

THE Rockhampton and District Benefit Association recently held their October Morning Tea at the Heritage Village in aid of Various Charities.

The association would like to say thank you to the supporting public. $1600 was raised.

The November function shall be held at the Frenchville Club tomorrow at 9.30 am, in aid of the Mater Hospital for the purchase of comforts of the patients.

There shall be the usual competitions, lucky door prizes, multi door raffles, money board, and entertainment - Grant Whitfield is home on a visit and shall be rendering a few of our favourite songs.

Entry is $14 for adults and $10 for children.
