1,682 Ergon customers in Emu Park and Zilzie without power

ERGON crews are on the scene of a pole fire in William Street Emu Park working to restore power to 1,682 customers in the Emu Park and Zilzie areas.

Power is expected to be restored to the majority of customers within the hour. Remaining customers in the vicinity of the fault will be off for several more hours while repairs are carried out.

Ergon interrupted power to the area at 10.17am to isolate the fault in the interests of public safety.
