1. Lightening ofhouse roofs

Notice of motion from councillor Adam Belot that Livingstone Shire Council adopt and promote a policy to encourage home owners to select lighter roof colours that are "environmentally positive and socially acceptable, i.e. not black or white".

2. Flooding issuesat Kinka

Notice of motion from councillor Glenda Mather in regards to an "overgrown swamp" on the Scenic Hwy at Kinka. The report recommends that appropriate action be taken to address the drainage issues.

3. Black Spot funds update

Update on Livingstone Shire Council's roads Black Spot funding 2016-17 application. If successful, funding would be for works during the 2016/17 financial year.

4. House numbers on display at Keppel Sands

Notice of motion from Cr Glenda Mather regarding the installation of house numbers at Keppel Sands homes.

Cr Mather is recommending that letters be sent to the residents, requesting they install the number of their property in a clear position on their property for identification purposes.
