Rockhampton council rates notices set to appear shortly

ROCKHAMPTON Region ratepayers will receive their rates notices shortly, as the notices for the current half year were issued last week.

Rates notices must be paid in full on or before 9 September to receive the 10% discount with a number of payment options available.

Payments can be made in person at any branch of Australia Post or at Council's Customer Service Centres in Rockhampton, Gracemere and Mount Morgan.

Telephone and internet payments can also be made via BPay, BPOINT or Post Billpay.

The payment details and options are set out on the reverse of the rates notices and can also be found at www.rrc.qld.gov.au.

Ratepayers are reminded to check their rates notice to ensure their personal details are correct and notify Council if their contact or postal details have changed.

For more information, or if you do not receive your rates notice, contact Customer Service on 4932 9000.
