Daily Activities

Birch Carroll and Coyle cinemas in Rockhampton have already been busy with a number of family friendly movies hitting the big screen this Easter-break with Return to Nim's Island and Adventures in Zambezia being popular.

For the younger crowd, The Croods and Escape from Planet Earth were proving popular choices during the Easter weekend with some sessions selling-out yesterday, while the teens' choice was GI Joe on the big screen.

Don't forget, if you are taking the family to the movies, ask about the special family deal prices on offer during the holidays.

With caravan parks such as Coolwaters Holiday Village reporting they were booked out for Easter, it seems the camping tradition is alive and thriving.

No matter if you are camping, holidaying in the region or simply staying home, if you are looking for something to keep the kids and adults amused during the next two weeks, there are plenty of activities happening in CQ.

If you have an event to be included in our Easter holiday list, email the details to sharyn.oneill@capnews.com.au or phone 49304252.
