9am-1.30pm:In its ninth year, the Sport and Health Expo is a community event organised by Rockhampton Regional Council that aims to encourage the Rockhampton region community to get involved in physical activity, healthy eating and healthy lifestyles.
It is a holistic initiative for all ages aimed at boosting the awareness of sport, recreation and health activities within the region from grassroots to masters.
