MIGRANTS of all kinds have been labelled "criminals" and "bastards" by a senior New South Wales figure in the Liberal Party, who is pushing to have Australia stop "all immigration and refugee intakes".

George Popowski, who is president of the Carlingford branch, put the motion that will now be debated at a party conference on Thursday.

Mr Popowski attacked migrants, saying they forged documents, faked degrees, rorted the visa system, Fairfax reports.

He also said migrants both slacked off on welfare and stole jobs from other Australians.

"The last thing we need is foreign workers. Get the bastards who are here, off their back-sides! 80% of all new arrivals are on benefits - some for over 10 years!" he wrote.

"Simple: compulsory work for the dole - plus, prison for all the crooked quacks who've signed them up for the DSP!"

Mr Popowski also quoted "The Donald" according to Fairfax he wrote:

"Who wants criminals? As THE Donald said: 'We don't know who these people are!' And we don't! Today, when they can forge $100 notes, any documents can be bought."

"Also, all the jihadists here! Surely, this crap must stop! Shut the door NOW! Do we NEED these people??????"

Mr Popowski is part of the Liberal Party's Parramatta division.

The sitting MP for Parramatta is Geoff Lee, who is of Chinese descent.

Mr Popowski is not the first politician to demand action on immigration or refugees.

One Nation's Pauline Hanson returned to the political fray with a policy calling for an end to all immigration of Muslims.
