
Alleged fire-bombers committed to Maryborough District Court
THE four men accused of fire-bombing a Maryborough home in February this year have been committed to the Maryborough District Court.
Luke Francis Whalley, 24, William George Grimes, 24, Xaen Lock, 23, and Michael James Taylor, 21, are charged with one count each of unlawful deposition of an explosive, wilful damage, burglary and threatening violence.
Taylor is further charged with two counts of arson.
Police allege they threw a number of molotov cocktails at the Churchill St house at 2.30am on February 26.
Thel four men will appear in the next sittings of the district court and all except Whalley are in custody.
