Deeth family goals

PARK Avenue Brothers' Deeth siblings had six reasons to smile after the opening round of the Rockhampton Hockey Association junior competition.

At Kalka Shades last weekend Matthew, 13, opened the new season in style with a hat-trick in PA Brothers Panthers' 6-0 win over PA Brothers Blades in their under-15 boys' game.

Younger sister Ainslee, 8, also scored three goals for the PA Brothers under-12 girls team in their 6-0 victory against CQU Wanderers.

The opening round proved a goal-fest with Southside United under-15 players Ashley Hennegan and Paul McEvoy also scoring hat-tricks in their 10-0 win over Frenchville Rovers.
