Final goodbyes for Zac and young Ashley
CAPRICORN Coast residents will come together to remember the lives of popular Capricorn Coast paramedic Zac Leto and his daughter Ashley in a special joint funeral service on Monday.
The funeral will be held at 11am at St Andrews Uniting Church, Lorikeet Avenue, in Yeppoon before moving to the Yeppoon Lawn Cemetary in Cordingley Street.
The service will be presided over by Salvation Army Major Col Robinson.
The Queensland Ambulance officer and his daughter were killed in a car crash on the Sunshine Coast on May 11.
His wife Louise survived the crash and has since discovered she is pregnant.
A large contingent of Mr Leto's QAS colleagues are expected to attend the service with many travelling from as far away as Emerald.
"The QAS will be well represented,'' Gemfields Station officer-incharge Rob Anderson said. "Most of the Emerald staff who served with him will be going.
