Poison baiting kills off pets


THEY are supposed to be man's best friend, but at least one person in Rockhampton doesn't seem to think so.

At least three dogs in Alma Street have died over the past week after being baited in their own yards.

Pamela Ramsay is still in shock, after receiving a phone call while away in Brisbane, explaining that her beloved mastiff cross "Fourex" was found dead.
