Rising stars soaring into Aust trampoline dream

? MEET some of Rockhampton's future Olympic champions.

Victoria Park's Riley Glazebrook and Patrick Cooper took their first steps towards Australian team selection after a domination of last week- end's New South Wales Age and Open State Titles on the central coast.

The closest of rivals, Glazebrook and Cooper led Victoria Park's superb 16 medal winning haul af- ter the 11/12 years competitors recorded personal best individual trampoline and double mini per- formances.

Glazebrook and Cooper won double mini and individual gold respectively and combined to claim gold in the synchronised trampoline on their way to automatic selection criteria for na- tional honours.

Victoria Park team mates Jarrod and Jody Spear, Fiona Salvair, Danielle Emery and Anna Vivash also joined the southern invasion.

A repeat performance by Victoria Park's stars at the Queensland Age and Open State Titles in Brisbane on April 30 to May 2 will secure an Aus- tralian berth for the World Age Group Games in Holland in September.
