Rockhampton bounces ahead



? VICTORIA Park's next generation of trampoline stars have bounced into the big time.

The Rockhampton club dominated the medal podium at the North Queensland Games in Mackay.

Four-year-old Britney Glazebrook was in excellent form, surprising and impressing the judges with her technical excellence on her way to gold in the level one female trampoline.

Glazebrook's performance guided her to a silver medal for female highest execution score and the rising star also took home bronze in the double-mini.

Victoria Park teammate Kahlia Bettridge collected silver in the level two female trampoline while Bree-Anna Gadsby won bronze in the level five female trampoline.

It was a Victoria Park quinella in the level one A female trampoline, with Heidi Leigh and Jessica Heterick winning gold and silver.

Charlotte Lawrie grabbed bronze in the level two female double-mini while Kaiya Ireland won silver in the level four female double-mini.

In the level five female doublemini, Gabrielle Williams claimed silver and golden girl Amber Madden topped the level two A female trampoline.

Emerald's Bridie Willis also won silver in the level three A trampoline.
