Sabots sail through lighter weather

COMPETITORS in the O'Reilly's Real Estate 42nd Australian Sabot Championship found conditions a little easier yesterday.

They worked through eight to 10-knot east to north-easterly winds.

Results of yesterday's heat in the championship and the associated sabot week regatta were not available last night.

Competition continues today with Sabot Week heat two starting at 9am and the Australian Championships heat two hitting the water from 2pm.

A lay day is scheduled for tomorrow.
