Trainer Cook hopes for winning Ratio

By TONY McMAHON ? ROCKHAMPTON trainer Tim Cook hopes it is a case of "third time being lucky'' when he starts Inverse Ratio in today's $75,550 Cleveland Bay Handicap (1200m) at Townsville.

To be ridden by premier Rock- hampton jockey Dale Evans, the talented Inverse Ratio has come up with the rails barrier and will carry just 53.5kg.

Cook has enjoyed a dream close to the current season through a stellar string of wins while just missing out on landing two plum races. We're up to date on the latest on why Cook is anx- ious to land the premier Towns- ville sprint today. Check today's Morning Bulletin sports pages.
