Wayne says it?s time to retire (or not)

GLENMORE reserve grade captain Wayne Redsell is ready to retire ? he thinks.

The Glenmore Bulls won the 2005 premiership with a 8-4-52 to 4-11-35 win over the BITS (Boyne Island Tannum Sands) Saints at Stenlake Park on Saturday.

In the low-scoring game Glenmore led 26-12 at half-time. Redsell has played for the Bulls since 1988 and said this game would "probably'' be his last.

"It would be a fitting way to go out to win a flag, but I might need a retraction if I come back,'' Redsell said.

"I'd better retire, I can't even remember how old I am.''

For the record, Redsell is 41.
