Baby Charlotte shines in photos taken by Duchess Kate

TWO stunning images of Princess Charlotte have been released by Kensington Palace overnight, both taken by her mother the Duchess of Cambridge.

The official Twitter account of the Palace posted the images before midnight on Sunday AEST, with the captions:
"The Duke and Duchess hope everyone enjoys these new photos of Princess Charlotte as much as they do".

The photographs of baby Charlotte were taken at Amner Hall, the royal couple's home in Norfolk in early November, when Charlotte was six months old.

According to the Daily Mail: the images were not intended for public distribution but the Duchess was moved by the response she received for her earlier photographs.
