Beaches Bistro set to sparkle soon
BEACHES Bistro at Rosslyn Bay Resort and Spa is enjoying the mother of all makeovers and it is all to create even more ambiance for diners to enjoy.
Owner Ross O'Reilly said the makeover was just one more step in creating the perfect venue, whether it be for an intimate dinner for two, group bookings or special occasions like weddings.
"We are installing more decks for alfresco dining opportunities, we have installed a new kitchen, there will be new flooring, a new bar to the pool deck and we will be fitting the ceiling out with some amazing spinnaker sails just to enhance the already delightful ambiance," Mr O'Reilly said.
"The renovations fit in with the whole Rosslyn Bay Resort and Spa plan to offer a one-stop spot where people can enjoy being pampered in a little bit of luxury.
"We already offer a choice of accommodation to suit all needs with 47 self-contained apartments available for short term; we have the pleasure of offering full beauty spa treatments at Keppel Blue Relaxation Spa along with regular wellness retreats and packages; a fully fitted function room seating up to 130 people; and now the renovated Beaches Bistro will offer a place to enjoy exquisite cuisine in a lovely setting overlooking the beautiful ocean views of Keppel Bay."
When builder Trevor Thomasson has completed the renovations, Beaches Bistro diners will enjoy a more open-plan dining experience, a new expanded bar that will stretch over the new pool deck, a huge beachfront deck and a courtyard looking over the ocean vista.
A variety of beer will be available on tap and entertainment will add to the already impressive venue.
Mr O'Reilly said Beaches Bistro will remain open for business during the final renovations. The renovations are due for completion in about four weeks' time.
