Beauty meets the beast at Beef Australia 2015

IT MIGHT be the week of beef, but Rockhampton has plenty more to offer.

Rockhampton's Pilbeam Theatre will play host to the state's best ballerinas from 7.30 tonight as the Queensland Ballet's production of Coppelia comes alive.

And dancing alongside the best in the business will be Rockhampton's Gabryelle Blinco, Alynta Scott, Keeley Tzoutzias and Kirby Richardson.

The quartet will perform for the second time this week after auditioning to be part of Queensland Ballet's production of Coppelia on Sunday and landing the roles of the young Coppelia, young Mary, the Schmidt boy and young Swanilda.

Tickets for tonight's performance are available at the Pilbeam Theatre.
