For those of you wanting a once-in-a-life-time, fine dining experience prepared by some of the world's best chef's, the International Restaurant is where you'll want to dig in.
International Chef Tarek Ibrahim from Dubai cooked up a beefy feast fit for a king yesterday at his first Beef Australia experience.
Chef Ibrahim said he had such a ball he wanted to come back in three years time.
"I love this place. I've asked if I can come back," he said.
"For entree I served up freekeh risotto with sous vide beef cheeks, slow roasted brisket with garbanzo and pine nuts.
"It was a pleasure cooking for the lunch time diners."
Beef Australia 2015 headlines
The international fine dining experience costs $150 per person which includes a range of alcoholic beverages.
