International Chef Tarek Ibrahim from Dubai cooked up a beefy feast fit for a king yesterday at his first Beef Australia experience.

Chef Ibrahim said he had such a ball he wanted to come back in three years time.

"I love this place. I've asked if I can come back," he said.

"For entree I served up freekeh risotto with sous vide beef cheeks, slow roasted brisket with garbanzo and pine nuts.

"It was a pleasure cooking for the lunch time diners."

The international fine dining experience costs $150 per person which includes a range of alcoholic beverages.

But for those of you wanting to get your hands on a big beefy burger or a range of finger food under $20, head to the Cremorne Lawn where you can pick up some top tasters:
