Bikies: Keep group sex at home or break the law

QUEENSLAND bikie gang members involved in group sex could fall foul of anti-bikie laws, according to the government.

A post on Premier Campbell Newman's Facebook page asked whether outlaw motorcycle gang members involved in a ménage à trois would be breaking the law, and a helpful Newman employee confirmed they could.

News Ltd websites are quoting the two posts on the site: "About the VLAD laws. Do they make a ménage à trois illegal and if so where does this leave orgies and swingers clubs?'' a constituent asked.

"Mr Newman's staff responded: The offence is for three or more participants in a criminal organisation to meet in public. So yes, it would be illegal for three criminal gang members to have sex in public,' " a report says.

The reply confirms that bikies involved in group sex anywhere apart from their homes could face time in jail.
