A concept design of what Brisbane's new skyline will look like when the largest integrated CBD development is built.

BRISBANE'S second tallest building - an 82 storey, 274-metre tall apartment tower - looks set to be built on the North Quay side of the old Supreme and District Court site on George Street.

The 300 George Street development includes three buildings - an office tower, residential apartments and hotel - all built on the inner-city site bordered by George, Adelaide and Ann streets and North Quay.

Overall it will be one of Brisbane's largest integrated developments.

In May, Housing Minister Tim Mander announced the court site was sold to the Shayher Group, part of the Taiwan-based conglomerate Par Jar Group.

On Friday the Shayher Group's development application for the three buildings on the site was lodged with Brisbane City Council.
