BROWNE Park will be transformed again on the weekend when the Pro Bull Riders Live Series final takes to the arena with all the adrenaline and excitement of the international live bull riding series.

The PBR's top competitors will battle it out for the $20,000 cash bonus on offer for the top riders taking on a line-up of rank bulls.

Not for the faint-hearted, PBR is packed full of elite sportsmen, angry bulls and daring spectators.

"They are nuts," says Professional Bull Riding Australia boss Glen Young.

"It's a job that I don't get too many resumes for, let's put it that way," Mr Young said.

"It'd be very similar to a golf player, I reckon. It's the mental aspect of it all, it's the physical aspect of it all. The only person you've got to blame is yourself if you don't do any good," he said.

Australian Regional Media, publisher of Rural Weekly and Morning Bulletin, has teamed up with PBR Australia to deliver an adrenaline-filled series of bull-riding events around the regions, with Rockhampton's final event on this weekend, Saturday October 24.
