Kevin John Tobane fined for drug offences

WHEN police searched a Fitzroy Street home in Rockhampton last month they discovered over 13 grams of cannabis in the front room.

Further searches lead to the discovery of over nine grams in the bedroom and a utensil used to smoke the drugs in the bathroom.

A person seen leaving the premises also admitted to having received a bag of the cannabis.

Kevin John Tobane pleaded guilty in Rockhampton Magistrates Court to supplying a dangerous drug, possession of a dangerous drug and possession of a utensil.

The 50-year-old said he used the drugs for personal use and had not taken any money from his friend for the drugs he had given him.
