Case adjourned for alleged Rockhampton cyber criminals

TWO men each charged with 45 counts of cyber crime and one count of break and enter will re-appear in Rockhampton Magistrates Court on February 24 after their cases were adjourned yesterday.

Tyler Patrick Keenan and James Robert McTaggart were charged following police investigations in 2014.

It is alleged the pair set up fake identities, fake bank accounts and mobile phones in fake names and carried out elaborate selling schemes on website Gumtree.
