Central Queensland Capras fall to formidable Cutters outfit

RUGBY LEAGUE:  The CQ Capras were taken down by a Cutters line-up boasting an abundance of experienced NRL players including NSW Origin hopeful Tariq Sims, former Dragon Clint Greenshields and former Internationals Joel Clinton and Kalifa Fai Fai Loa.

Capras coach Jason Hetherington said despite the loss, his young and some-what inexperienced Capras squad played well, especially after facing some adversity in the warm-up with Ben Faulkner pulling out due to a knee injury.

Hetherington said he was very happy with the Capras performance considering what they were up against with Mackay's experienced line up.
