Charges against cops dismissed
TWO former Rockhampton police officers have had perverting the course of justice charges dropped.
This afternoon Judge Terry Martin discharged the District Court jury after telling the court there was insufficient evidence.
Graham John Richards and Paul Alexander Dalton had been charged with attempting to pervert the course of justice.
