Coast guard tows three vessels to Rossyln Bay Harbour

YEPPOON Coast Guard had a busy weekend, called on to tow three vessels back to Rosslyn Bay Harbour.

At 2am on Saturday, it responded to a 10m cruiser with gearbox problems, 16 nautical miles north of Cape Manifold.

Just before noon yesterday, a 4m aluminium boat with three people on board had broken down midway between Conical Rocks and Rosslyn Bay Harbour.

At 1.55pm, a call was received from a vessel which had a broken fan belt at Fishermans Beach.
