Quality team named the best
THEIR compassion and service-focused approach towards their customers put Quality Cremation Services in the prime position last night.
The locally owned and operated Rockhampton business was named the overall winner of The Morning Bulletin/ The Rock Building Society Best in Business 2011 award.
Last night was a night for making memories and breaking records with more than 370 people from a variety of businesses across the Rockhampton region attending the annual awards night at the Rockhampton Leagues Club.
The gala event was a night of celebration to recognise the hard work and dedication the region's finest businesses have gone to, to provide the highest standard of service to their customers.
There were more than 11,000 nominations this year with more than 500 businesses nominated by their customers.
Event organiser, The Morning Bulletin's features media sales supervisor Carla Bailey, said Quality Cremation set the bar high when it came to customer service.
“They're very much service-focused and compassionate. They're always taking the extra mile,” Carla said.
