MEGAN Kaleidon could be found manning the iJump Fitness stall at the CQ Sports and Health Expo held at the Rockhampton Show Grounds yesterday.

She was there to share the fitness message, and was joined by almost 90 other exhibitors ranging from line-dancing to nutrition and cross-fit.

Megan said there was something there for everyone.

"Fitness is very important, walking down the street is good but sometimes that can get very boring," she said.

"We want to encourage that fun into exercise."
