Crime Stoppers raise funds
THE Rockhampton Crime Stoppers Area Committee is currently organising a charity Golf Day to fundraise for the Rockhampton Community.
The Charity Golf Day will be held at the Capricorn Country Golf Club on October 5.

Yesterday, MP Bill Byrne generously donated $1000 to Rockhampton Crime Stoppers in an effort to aid in the reduction of crime in the area.
For members of the public that are interested in helping this organisation run efficiently in Rockhampton a committee has been organised consisting of both police and public members.
Meetings are held are the Rockhampton Police Station, on the first Thursday of every month at 7am.
Members of the public are encouraged to attend these meetings with no prior notice of attending necessary.
