Yeppoon's Community Recovery Hub moves house

THE Community Recovery Hub and Support Centre at Yeppoon Town Hall has moved to a new address just across the road (in the former Beta Electrical store) at 12 James St.

Mayor Bill Ludwig said support and recovery services would be available to the community from the new location.

"This move is a natural progression as Council works in partnership with state agencies to assist the community to get their lives back to normal as quickly as possible," he said.

Cr Jan Kelly said staff and volunteers who had been working in the Community Recovery Hub and Support Centre were confident they could provide the same professional support to the community from the new location.

The hub will be open daily from 8.30am-4.30pm.

People using this service can continue to use the car parks near the Yeppoon Town Hall.
