Diamonds want to continue their Kiwi domination

NOTHING less than a clean sweep of the Constellation Cup series against New Zealand will satisfy the Australian Diamonds.

Lisa Alexander's team heads into tonight's fourth and final game of the series in Auckland 3-0 up after wins in Invercargill, Melbourne and Sydney.

Neither team has swept the other since the series started in 2010.

"In their last Test match against us for quite some time, they'll be wanting to put out a good performance and certainly won't want the series to be a clean sweep," Australian wing defence Renae Hallinan (pictured) said of the Kiwis.

"So they'll be doing their best to stop us doing that.

"(But) we would love to clean sweep the series and that's obviously the aim."

Australia has won the past eight games against the Silver Ferns and is unbeaten in its past 16 matches overall.
